威神蓄电池使用环境及结构特点：

1. 威神蓄电池在环境温度-10℃～+45℃条件下应能正常使用；

2. 威神蓄电池由正极板、负极板、隔板、槽、盖、安全阀、汇流条、端子、电解液等组成。蓄电池的结构应保证在使用寿命期间，不得渗漏电解液；

3. 威神蓄电池槽、盖、安全阀、极柱封口剂等的材料应具有阻燃性；

4. 威神电池极性应与极性标志一致。正、负极端子应便于用螺栓连接 ，其极性、端子外形尺寸应符合厂家产品图样；

5. VISION蓄电池正极板厚度不得低于相关规程规定值；

6. 威神电池的外观不应有裂纹、变形及污迹；

7. 威神蓄电池组中各蓄电池的开路电压最大最小电压差值不得超过相关规程的规定值0.03V。

2. The battery is composed of a positive plate, a negative plate, a separator, a slot, a cover, a safety valve, a bus bar, a terminal, and an electrolyte. The structure of the battery should ensure that the electrolyte shall not leak during its service life;

3. The materials of battery tank, cover, safety valve and pole column sealing agent should be flame retardant;

4. The battery polarity should be consistent with the polarity mark. Positive and negative terminals should be easy to bolt connection, the polarity, terminal size should conform to the manufacturer's product drawing;

The thickness of the positive plate of the battery shall not be lower than the specified value in the relevant regulations.

6. There should be no cracks, deformation and stains on the appearance of the battery;

7. The maximum and minimum voltage difference of the open circuit voltage of each battery in the battery group shall not exceed the prescribed value of 0.03V in the relevant regulations.
